HGH: The Fountain of Youth

To remain younger longer, you should aim to increase your human growth hormone that decreases as you age.

I use the following research proven steps on a daily basis to keep my HGH high. For me they have worked greatly. However the hgh increase is slow. It takes about 6 months for you to see noticeable changes. It is not quick! But once it starts it will make you look and feel great!

By increasing HGH & testosterone (I will discuss increasing testosterone later on) I was able to shed over 60 pounds of fat and later gaining 10 pounds of muscles since March 31, 2016.

The proven benefits of HGH include better sleep, better skin, fat loss, improved immune system, better cardiovascular system, improved blood pressure, overall tissue generation of organs that shrink with age, stronger bones, increased libido, increased energy, increased muscles mass (hgh is the only hormone that can create new muscle cells), faster injury healing, improved cholesterol, improved vision & hearing, improved brain function, faster hair growth, & osteoporosis prevention.

To increase your HGH you should decrease your body fat, fast once in a while, eat less sugar, do short high intensity exercise (such as squats & deadlifts), & sleep more. Supplement wise one hour before bed time drink a glass of whole milk mixed with a scoop of whey protein concentrate (not the whey isolate. The whey isolate does not have the peptides necessary to increase hgh), glutamine (about 2 to 5 grams), & Arginine (about 5-20 grams, depending on your weight). Then take a melatonin before sleeping.

Testosterone: the Vitality Hormone

To have the same energy & vitality you had when you were 20 years old you should aim to increase your testosterone that decreases as you age.

I use the following research proven steps on a daily basis to keep my testosterone high. For me they have worked greatly. By increasing testosterone & Human Growth Hormone (I discussed already in a previous post how to increase HGH) I was able to shed over 60 pounds of fat and later gaining 10 pounds of muscles since March 31, 2016.

Testosterone decreases body fat, fights depression, increases muscle mass, strengthen your bones, improves energy and libido, improves your heart and blood, & improves cognitive abilities.

To increase your testosterone you should lose weight, do multijoint compound exercises (such as bench press & squats) when you do weight lifting & do it hard & heavy, take zinc & vitamin D, decrease stress & cortisol levels, decrease sugar intake, eat healthy. Eat eggs, eat healthy fat, avoid estrogen like compounds found in some foods such as flaxseed & soy, get more sleep, & fast once in a while.

برای اولین بار در کانادا: تدریس آستئوپاتی در دانشگاه


با خوشحالی‌ به اطلاع عموم میرسانیم که دانشگاه ملی‌ علوم پزشکی‌ ما که در ایالات فلوریدا در آمریکا به ثبت رسیده در سال ۲۰۱۶ از وزارت آموزش عالی‌ استان انتاریو تقاضای اخذ اجازه نمود که رشته استئوپاتی را به صورت حضوری در تورنتو درس دهد. دیروز وزارت آموزش عالی‌ انتاریو به ما نامه‌ای داد که ما مستثنی هستیم و میتوانیم بدون ثبت دانشگاه با وزارت آموزش عالی‌ این رشته را درس دهیم در استان انتاریو.

ما تنها دانشگاهی در تاریخ کانادا هستیم که رشته آستئوپاتی را به صورت حضوری درس خواهیم داد در این کشور. در حال حاضر فقط دانشکده‌ها این رشته را آموزش میدهند.

Letter From a Registered Nurse

.........When I started, the passion for manual osteopathy Dr. Pourgol conveyed when he was teaching made it feel like he was right in the room with you. His love for Manual Osteopathy made me want to learn more and more. Then when I went to Toronto for the 2 week hands-on, seeing the team in-person made me feel like I was part of a special family. The love I have for my new profession just increased tenfold.

The business classes were above and beyond what I was expecting. There were many times I said “I wish I knew that before” or “Wow. That makes so much sense.” I even caught my husband hanging around when I was watching my classes and saying quietly “Hmm”, “Okay”, and “Yes”..........

A Post by a DC/DO

A post by my student, chiropractor & osteopath Dr Richard S.W. Pang, DC, DO a student of National University of Medical Sciences (Spain) in Singapore. I am happy students enjoy my lectures!

....What I liked most about the course, Doctor of Osteopathy DO (Spain), was the Business Management section. In this part, the lectures are given by, Dr. Shahin Pourgol........ When he talks, you listen. He is an extremely passionate and motivated person and teaches how other Manual Osteopaths can be highly successful practitioners and entrepreneurs like him. The reality is, as a healthcare professional, you are running and operating a business. So you need to be a savvy businessman (businesswoman).....

Doctor of Naprapathy - DN

Our team was successful to get approved and added to the curriculum of National University of Medical Sciences (USA) a new online Doctor of Naprapathy (DN) program in Naples, Florida.

Naprapathy is a type of manual health care with a focus on connective tissue.. Dr Oakley Smith (an osteopath, chiropractor and medical doctor) founded Naprapathy in 1907.

The first class is scheduled to start in March 2017.

With Ontario Dance Champion in Naples

One of my top students, who received the highest mark in her practical technique exam in her osteopathy class at National Academy of Osteopathy, manual osteopath & Ballerina Dasha Verpjitska, DOMP is an Ontario dance champion and a superb athlete.

She was a crucial help in getting the bachelor of science in fitness training added to the programs of National University of Medical Sciences (USA). I am grateful for her help.

Dasha is currently enrolled at the dual degree bachelor of science in osteopathy and master of business administration (MBA) in healthcare programs of NUMSS (Spain), while working part time for us. She will start working full time once her studies are completed.

Meditation

Five minutes of meditation per day makes you a better problem solver by increasing your ability to focus. People who are great problem solvers are always in high demand. That is why more and more businesses (such as Google) encourage employees to do a few minutes of meditation every day.
Meditation also decreases stress thereby helping you live longer and live healthier. Stress kills as it is behind so many diseases.

No matter where I am, meditation is a daily must for me. Spend 5 minutes per day for meditation and see for yourself the benefits on your body, mind and business.

Physical Inactivity Can Kill You!

Did you know physical inactivity is the number one cause of death in human beings?

Even 10 minutes of walking per day would reduce chance of diabetes.

Health professionals should be an example to their patients. If you advocate health, then you should follow a healthy lifestyle yourself.

The key to permanent healthy lifestyle is to find a type of physical activity that you enjoy doing, from gardening to walking, to swimming to (in my case) Taekwondo.

Start today. Get active. Your body and your mind would thank you for it.

Happy new year everyone! This has been an amazing year for us as we registered National University of Medical Sciences (USA) in Naples, Florida in March 2016. NUMSS (USA) is THE FIRST manual osteopathy university in the states. Its first class started September 2016 and now manual osteopathy is also offered in the US!

I am grateful specially to our students and alumni. You are our ambassadors. It is through you that millions of patients have been introduced and benefited from the wonderful & miraculous profession of osteopathy.

You, our students are the reason we have become the number one provider of osteopathic education worldwide, teaching in 68 countries. In many cases you are the first one who introduced osteopathy in your country. And we thank you for this.

Happy new year everyone. My love is always with you and I am always here for you if you need me. My support for you does not finish with your graduation.

We Need More Manual Osteopaths in Naples!

City of Naples in Florida where our National University of Medical Sciences (USA) is registered in, needs more manual osteopaths.

Naples is one of the wealthiest cities in the US (one of the top 5). It has also been chosen as one of the top 10 most beautiful cities in US, and one of the top 10 with the best food. Last year it has been also chosen as the #1 city in US with the happiest & healthiest people.

The people here are so friendly. Everyone smiles at you even though most are senior citizens with a lot of chronic pain.

Manual osteopathy offers the best treatment for chronic musculoskeletal pains. There is a huge market here for manual osteopaths as there are many wealthy senior citizens here.

I have been asked to invite more manual osteopaths here. I have recorded a couple of business lectures on how to work in a foreign county. My students who are interested in learning how to secure a job in Naples, Florida should watch my recently recorded business lecture. We are giving free access to all NAO & NUMSS alumni in the month of January to our online video lectures. So our graduates can watch the business videos as well.

Naples is a quite beautiful safe wealthy happy and health city. It is a great place to work and raise a family. I recommend you consider Naples as a place to start your manual osteopathic career.



New NAO Program: Diploma in Phytotherapy

After my morning run today on the Vanderbilt beach in Naples, Florida I was told that the Diploma program in Phytotherapy (botanical medicine) has been approved to be offered by National Academy of Osteopathy. This is such a great news!

My student writes a poem!

What a nice surprise this morning, right after my workout at 5AM I received a poem from Astrid, one of my osteopathy students. This is such a nice poem. Thank you Astrid. I am much obliged!

I love the tree pose

Aside from the obvious health benefits, one reason why I love Yoga is that it connects me with nature and nature is the source of my creativity.

The tree pose of Yoga is one of my most favorite poses. It allows me to draw strength and serenity from the environment which allowing me to connect with my inner intelligence that can help me in daily life. When doing this pose I can imagine being part of nature and gaining wisdom and strength.
Like a tree, this pose helps me to reach upward, while staying firmly in touch with the earth. Life is filled with challenges of every sort. Being like a tree reminds me to remain steady and focused while swaying and bending with the challenges I face.

I recommend you all to try Yoga. It is amazing!

New NAO Program: Diploma in Athletic Therapy

After losing 60 pounds last year I gained over 10 pounds of muscle in November by hitting the weights hard and heavy while eating a lot of protein, good healthy fat and complex carbohydrates.
I exercise every day and am very interested in a healthy life style. I plan to add more health, wellness and fitness related programs to our schools.

Therefore I am happy to find out today that a new diploma program in athletic therapy has been approved to be added to National Academy of Osteopathy. This is such a great news!

Card from Prime Minister of Canada

I love NAO and I missed it so much as I had to work in the states for 40 days. My work is like a hobby to me, it is fun and exciting.

And such a nice surprise was waiting for me at NAO. A card from the Rt. Hon. Justin Trudeau the Prime Minister of Canada was waiting for me. This is such a great way to start work!
